NOTE 1:  Each Court charges a filing fee for filing the eviction paperwork and

                  issuing a court date.  This Court filing fee is a separate fee from any

                  fee charged by Moeder Process Service.  Moeder Process Service will collect this

                  filing fee from the client  prior to filing the eviction paperwork with the

                  Court and obtaining the Court date.  The Court filing fee is generally

                  between $20.00 - $45.00, depending on the particular Court.

PAYMENT IN FULL OF ALL COURT FILING FEES, COUNTY CLERK FEES, SHERIFF FESS, MARSHAL FEES, NEW YORK STATE SECRETARY OF STATE FEES, AND ALL OTHER COSTS MUST BE PROVIDED TO MOEDER PROCESS SERVICE PRIOR TO MOEDER PROCESS SERVICE PERFORMING ANY SERVICE WHERE COURT FILING FEES, COUNTY CLERK FEES, NEW YORK STATE SECRETARY OF STATE FEES, AND OTHER COSTS MUST BE PAID.

PAYMENT IN FULL OF ALL MONIES OWED TO MOEDER PROCESS SERVICE IS DUE WITHIN THIRTY-FIVE (35) DAYS OF DATE OF INVOICE.  IF PAYMENT IN FULL IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THIRTY-FIVE (35) DAYS OF DATE OF INVOICE, THEN PAYMENT IN FULL OF PAST DUE MONIES OWED TO MOEDER PROCESS SERVICE MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE ANY FURTHER SERVICES ARE PERFORMED, AND ALL PAYMENTS FOR ANY FURTHER SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO SAID SERVICES BEING PERFORMED.
